I know this is "ask the gals," so I apologize, but it sometimes happens to me. Not during intercourse, but oral can do it. I think I have a miswired circuit somewhere, and a touch that's just right (wrong) can make me feel like I need to pee, even if my bladder is not full. Can be really annoying.
