It's not something that you'd normally call someone directly is it? In its purest form it's a label so would be used in a discussion by lads about women. I think it’s a silly label, probably aimed at mature women, but the fact is the range of ages that a woman can be a mother can be anywhere from her teens to her forties. A woman is either attractive or not, I don't see what difference being a mother makes.
What makes me laugh is the reverse nature of this label, meaning that the guys who like MILFS are in fact motherfuckers.
