I'm not into implants, I would take a 'natural' girl over a bionic one any day.
Personal preference here but I prefer natural. I guess Im not a BIG breast guy. Not to say that I don't give them any attention, i do and I'll say more about that in a moment, but It is not the first thing that attracts me. Yes, as with everyone, I am first attracted to a woman physically... but my concentration is lower on the body. I look at her hips and her ass. I watch how she moves. Next is her intellect. Is she witty, is she charming, a bit wry and a bit sarcastic, a bit playful, does she have a twinkle in her eye? Then, i check out her breasts.

The other part is that I believe that many young women do not fully research the implant process before they get it done. I used to entertain in strip clubs (far too often) and ended up talking to many strippers as my clients where entertained. I've seen lots and lots of bad implants. More bad than good.
Since I enjoy nipples, and like when a woman finds them sensitive, I've found that in many cases the sensitivity of a woman with implants is decreased and sometimes almost completely gone. I also think that women really need to get references about the doctor before they use him. I've seen some terrible scarring. I've also talked to many older women who have had implants for 10 or more years who often have said they would elect not to do it again. As in other things, I'm not a woman so far be it from me to tell you what makes you feel good and what you want for yourself. I generally caution women who talk to me about implants and try to encourage them to really take some time and consider it fully before they make the decision.

I've had women with large natural breasts, an large implants, and even small naturals, and even one that had a breast reduction. It is not the size that makes a woman sexy, it is her mind. If she is convinced that she is one very hot momma then she is and even guys who would not normally consider her type will notice her. The thing is that it is her mind. If she really wants them and is willing to go threw what it takes to have it done then more power to her. But if she likes what she has then no man or woman has the right to tell her otherwise.

As long as they aren't too big and look unnatural they look great. I work on the beach so I get a good look at breasts all the time. I can tell you that at a certain age they are going to droop and sag. That's nature and it's not pretty. There are even a lot of younger women with droopy saggy breasts and that is not a turn on. If they sag get them firmed up.
