If you truly do love her, regardless of how you wish she would feel the same and leave him for you, can you not respect her decision and allow her to carry on with the choice she has made? Don't you think it's selfish of you? Maybe she is genuinely happy with her choice. I respond to his texts, but I stay away for fear that I would both embarass myself and put him in an awkward situiation. He's happy with his choice, and even in the times when he is not, he chose her.
Do you not have enough respect for her feelings and choices that you would continue to "fight for her until the day she dies"?
I would suggest you try to think about what she needs from her point of view, not your own, or what you think her point of view ought to be.
