I will admit that a lot of the so called squirting in the porn is probably pee. I have seen some that you can even tell it is pee because it is yellow. This is not squirting. It could be a golden shower, if it lands on the partner or partners rather they want one or not.
Squirting comes from inside the vagina. The vast majority of the time there is not an actual stream shooting out, just a large amount of fluid flowing out. While in the act of the penis pumping into the vagina this makes for a hydraulic type force. The exit path of the vagina is much smaller with it filled up with the penis.
