My workaround is to simply remove the v externally, before pasting it in the chat, which works well enough for me. 🤷♂️
But I've learned today (thanks, Vee!) that there is an "Add Media" dialog (opened via the 📷 camera icon), where you can enter URLs to external images.
Right after entering the chat, I couldn't send a message until I changed my font settings (e.g. toggling Bold or Italic, which led to a "Your chat settings have been saved." notification).
There was an `Uncaught TypeError: styles is null` error in the browser console from `e9f7570.modern.js:18764:32` (a `this.$emit('send', body, styles.trim());` statement in a `send` method).

Not so easy to see Private Messages. Plus when setting up a Private Room, no one other than the instigator can see the room!
Currently, members need to hit "refresh 🔄" to then see it. The down-side is that they will lose existing PMs and reopen the rooms they are in. There is a fix in the works for this.

keep freezing tonight and not getting the messages everyone else is posting - can't help wondering if enough testing has been done before the complete switchover to beta. Seems a work in progress than anything close to a fully useable working platform
Horribly non-user-friendly UI. Private messages don't often show up. Chat doesn't scroll with new messages. No ping sounds with @'s.
Didn't fix anything that was actually wrong with the site. Right now, you can only link images from Tumblr and a few other random sites. Reblogme doesn't work anymore. Sex.com hasn't worked in forever. This site is such a joke now compared to how much they are charging for basic features.
I'm cancelling my subscription until things are fixed. Unacceptable.

Just a note on this:
The issue with these two sites and a few others (BDSMLR, xxgasm and wetgif, to name a few) is not Lush related, these sites have blocked hotlinking from their end.
You can still link images from dozens of sites, including the main porn sites, if you search Google images for what you are looking for.
This link (>>click here<<) to a forum thread elsewhere on Lush provides a little more information regarding Reblogme.

Hello... it seems that when I am in a chat room and I'm on my phone swiping up to the beginning of the chats instead of stopping it refreshes and I lose all the chats everything. It also happens if I'm scrolling from the list of rooms up to the PM folder. Thank you.
Oh, I like that I get pop-up notification of threads that I'm following while I'm in chatroom.
That didn't happen before as the chat and forums were separated before, so this is a nice surprise.

I hard browser refresh for rooms cause the refresh button to update rooms isn't working properly.
In new chat, on iOS, in any browser - safari, chrome, brave, Firefox - I am unable to view my own uploaded media folders. Tremendous lag in loading the preview pictures, clicking to page two and back to page 1 requires a total redraw of every preview again, after waiting for each preview to reload I am unable to see any pic when clicking on it. Any enjoyment sought disappears rapidly. Not impressed.
Just ran speedtest.net , with a 536.63 Mbps result not my connection at issue.
Actually tried Lush stories on my new M3 macbookpro running sonoma, same results, serious picture lag issue redrawing pics and clicking on images even in my own media folder...
I know LUSH is changing but whenever I try to chat there is a REALLY LONG lag when I try to do something. For example, if I try to click on a chatters name to see their profile or block them or send them a private message it takes 2 or 3 minutes to bring the list up of what I can do.
I noticed that the chat rooms had been changed when I visited the site at the beginning of the week and it seemed to be working, however, when I visited the site today, all I see is a large amount of text that looks like code. Is it an issue with the chat rooms or did I do something wrong on my end and I need to change something on my side?

What device and browser are you using?
still freezing up and can't view cams - if as Georgia indicated to me you know what is causing this then surely remove the issue while you work on it so we at least have a useable platform during these changes. Otherwise I suspect the numbers here will dwindle - its not like 100's are ever on chat!

Once you enter the chatroom, you must go to settings and turn off sound, let it save then turn it on again and you'll hear the twinkle(wind chime) notification.

Notification sound does stop coming through when you are in more than one room.
I've reset and stopped after the third time.

I've tried this several time and all the usual clean and purge things -- haven't heard a sound yet.
Any idea why I can't post in rooms or private message, can type my message but when I press to send nothing happens. Would be nice if an admin could respond - no point being in chat if you can't join in!

I don't get any sound turning it off/on. Silence in that and everything else. Phone/laptop/desk, all on chrome.
What you should hear when ticking/switch on Play Sound under Settings in chatroom.
After that, nothing was heard using @ mention nor when user would post in room.
When it was first launched, you'd get notifications for both and for all conversations.

Since the update I am no longer able to post pictures that are within my private albums where as previously I could. I find this very frustrating as I do not wish to make all my albums public as I am selective of what I post and only with users I feel comfortable with. Please help.
