A recent one comes to mind although it was much more awkward for the 3rd party than for either my girlfriend or I, both of us laughing after the initial shock wore off. We were starting to have fun in bed at her house one night and she said "I might have to get up when ______ (her 14yr old son) comes home from work, he'll want a good night hug". Being a teen boy he always makes a noisy, heavy-footed entrance to the house so we had no concerns about hearing him come home. Of course you can see where this is going can't you?
