Big-haired Bitch/Personality Hire
That's funny...I just literally had this conversation last night.
To answer the question, I say sometimes. If a woman is willingly having sex and all the right buttons are pushed, she's gonna cum. But you can kind of tell when a woman isn't into it. Like when she moans when literally nothing is happening to her. A lot of it is sensationalized. Porn stars are greater actresses than we give them credit for...at least when it comes to the sex aspect of it. Amateur porn is a bit different...especially the homemade stuff. That's typically more genuine. But porn stars are not paid to enjoy sex...they're paid to act like they're enjoying the sex that's staged for them.
And I think porn in general isn't even made for women. Not even lesbian porn. Some things are down right cringeworthy. Like when you see a woman with those harsh acrylic nails fingering herself or fingering someone else...it literally makes me shudder. But it's all a part of the visual for men. It needs to be made known that she's being penetrated, and those fake nails quite literally drive that point.
And some things are so far fetched that you know they're not enjoying it. But lots of guys for some reason are oblivious to that sort of thing because hey, naked ladies.

I think that's why the homemade turned porn is a bigger turn on, but if the porn stars are not turned on would it not hurt her having a huge cock inside her?
Yes, when they cash the cheque.
It's probably a mixed bag, at least that's what I get from reading interviews. Getting turned on in a movie set, with camera angles, cuts, directions being shouted, is probably not conducive at all to arousal, even though men have to get turned on for the scene to work, I bet most men could not under those circumstances.
Aside from the highly scripted porn there is a style becoming popular of individual scenes, with little obvious direction and much more subtlety. When the nipples grow during the scene, when the end is a collection of eye, lip movements and subtle body tremble, it's more believable.
When I was in college, I had a classmate who was a porn star. One day in the student union, we got to taking about it. She said getting off depended on a lot of things, like whether she was worrying about her kid, and whether she genuinely liked the guy she was working with, and how the scene was set, etc. She also said she is probably less inhibited about having people watch than most women, so that part didn't affect her one way or the other.

From what I've seen from my almost statistically valid sampling, I'd say that more often than not they're not particularly turned on. The fake moaning, the tight smiles and the glassy eyes speak volumes.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill. i have never done porn with a guy so i can't answer that but with another girl if she can't turn me on then i will pass on her, enjoying sex with another girl with or without a camera is a turn on in it's self
Not a great admirer of the porn industry, suits the needy but it's all fake stuff to me. Glossy model picture perfect girls in expensive underwear and glamorous locations are just big money earners for those involved. I too saw a documentary on these films being made - the guy does a lot for himself with his hands.
I'd get a turn on if I were to watch people having real sex. I have a male friend who let me borrow his AbbyWinters DVD's - ordinary lesbian girls masturbating on their own, or as a couple or threesome. Also lesbian sex, much of the time the camera man moves round the couple to do the filming rather than cut scenes. Filmed in flats/apartments, ordinary knickers (sometimes naturally wet), all different shape bodies and non - glossy hairstyles.
Very believable beautiful loving and sexual, scenes that that got both my imagination and body turned on. I recommend them to anyone.
It's a matter of degrees in my experience. I have a couple of friends who were once adult film actresses. According to them, it largely comes down to who the director. other actors, and producers are, and how they treat their actresses.
Sometimes you can tell when they cum, and of from squirting, but involuntry leg twitches and weak knees.
I enjoy tranny porn. And from having been with many tranny's, being rock hard as your getting fucked in the ass means your having a good time, and that that cock feels really good Infact lol.
I agree with PA I find the pro's to be boring
and frankly if they do have orgasms honey they need to work on their VOCALS..some of those ladies are totally faking it...ah ah ah mm mmm ahhhhhhh seriously??
I think it is a job most of the time
I mean they have sex for hours until the get the finished product
after awhile even the most sexually charged person would be like
ok can ya just CUM already ;)
LOL OF COURSE Porn is made PRIMARLY for men. Every woman learns as she's growing up WHY the clothing and cosmetic industries make ALMOST as much as the porn industry... the majority of us males are primarily visual in our sensory orientation and use one of the other four (normally either hearing or touch) to CONFIRM what our eyes tell us! Females by contrast are split (Yeah, I know it sounds like a pun0 in their primary orientation between auditory (hearing) and kinesthetic (touch or feeling if you will) using a second sense to confirm. For that reason, MOST females do not find watching porn arousing. (Note: in BOTH instances I said "the MAJORITY", NOT ALL! Yes, there ARE exceptions and YOU may well be one.) It also accounts for the LARGE number of women who prefer WRITTEN erotica to VISUAL porn, words are STILL words whether written or spoken.
As to the OP, probably but probably not very often for all of the reasons listed by previous posters.
For me, personally, what I enjoy about porn is watching SPECIFIC actresses (who are when you stop to think about it MUCH better actresses than MOST "main stream" actresses) involved in various sex acts. (Straight, oral, anal, DP) Lexi Belle, Dee Baker, Jenna Haze, Presley Dawson, Alex Dane and Barbara Dare to name a few in particular.
In answer to the original question... NOPE! Except in true amateur porn.
There is no 'tude like GeekItude!
I think occasionally they are, but this is a rare thing to find
They definitely could, but I don't think they always do
Why people think that act in porn would be different than act in tv or theater?
Many men like to fantasize that they have pleasure.
I used to be 50/50 with that but since being in the two sites I am in right now I will say no. It's a money thing I think...
Before reading others' points of view, I would say some do, some don't - AND, you can usually tell. The women that spend time looking at the camera are not getting turned on much... The women who look tired and worn may have started the sex session turned on, but they gave up enjoying the moment long before... The women that looked pained because what their "lover(s)" is doing to them really doesn't feel good, they are turned on... It's hard to tell with voice overs whether or not a woman is turned on because the voice over is so out of sync you have no idea how everything is working together... And those women who have chosen alcohol or drugs to get release from what is going on, well...
Those women that are real squirters, and those women who can out "turn on" the guys - they may be having a great time!!! Ashley Blue in a film "Seven the Hard Way" was one of those. And a three way in "Car Wash Angels" was over the top in excitement. Some amateur videos as I've found on Tube8 are excellent in showing a women really into the moment.
I think women pornstars usually get turned on in any of the "Manuel Ferreras Raw" DVD series
Anyone who has seen some of them it agree?
No, it's a way of making money i feel. It's a job, lots of fake noises to match the fake smiles and fake breasts.
I doubt it.. I hate porn.. So boring, mechanical, and predictable.
