I assume you are referring to my original answer when you stated, “…I sense you already are being treated that way.” My wife passed away some time ago so I’ve been a widower for several years. Perhaps a clue, though admittedly a vague one, would be when I said, “I’d love to be treated that way.” The key word being ‘I’d’, which as you know is a contraction for ‘I would’, rather than saying something like, “I am being treated that way” or “I love being treated that way.”

Nobody loves poor lil’ ole LikeToWrite.

You are correct, LTW. Please accept my condolences. You were obviously treated very well.

Indeed. I see your point now and you made me realize you are asking the same question I am only as a woman. But you and I could be relevant for each other in more than a utilitarian way? smile You would make an amazing teacher.

I’ve read all the responses and can’t stop thinking about your delicious island idea.... Mmmmm

A real woman can do it by yourself, but a real man won’t let her

Bria?

I see! I guess he wouldn't!

Yep. It's also why the top shelf is so high.

Don't believe everything that you read.

It’s a pantry conspiracy.

Thank you for you concern. It’s been awhile that she has been gone, so I’m doing okay now. You were right, we did get along very well, though we had ‘our moments’ a few times, however, that happens to every couple. Is it those moments that keeps life interesting? I’ve heard it said that we have to experience the bad in order to enjoy the good, however, I’m not sure that is altogether true, but perhaps it is. I’d get married again if the right lady came along, so I guess that says a lot.
If you're feeling bored during this Covid-19 epidemic I’d like to suggest
you take a peek at a story I collaborated with SueBrasil, a brilliant author.
It's about a mistake in judgment a lady makes concerning a friend, based
on the hurtful words of someone that only thinks of himself. Will that
conniving person succeed in ruining a beautiful friendship, or will she see
through his lies? It's gradually creeping up towards the 30,000 mark
and we’d love any votes or hearing whatever comments you may wish
to make. It is listed in my profile under ‘FAVOURITES’ as Apologize.

Well I haven't had the emotional investment since they traded Rondo, so will take your word on Horford. New coach might help.

If anything, it will be the other way around.

Not likely either. Even if they get pissed at us, they know they could never get along without us.
