Usually I get around 6 hours but I sleep in when I have nothing to do the next day, but I can go two days without sleep but I do sometimes get 1 or 2 hours sleep.
7 is usually the best for me. I can go on 6 and if I sleep more than 8 I feel sluggish.
Need 7 to feel good. But now that I am older can't stay awake more than 20 hours in a stretch anymore. Can get buy with as little as 4 if the sun is coming up soon. But when the day ends likely 8 hours to get back in routine.
Six hours is usually enough. Sometimes seven hours is plenty.
After coming into puberty with my illness, I have to sleep in hour and a half intervals. I wake up 2-3 times a night and sleep for about six hours. My doctors don't allow me to sleep any more than that. It's been years, but that's how it has to be.
I get six or seven. I could sleep for nine.
give me 7 or 8 and I'm good
I usually get only about 3 to 4 hours a sleep a night if i am lucky i can get through with that much

Depends - if I'm writing a screenplay none at all.
I rarely get less than seven. Any more is a bonus! My favourite days are when I wake up before the alarm clock goes off, and I can just snuggle down for an hour or so longer. *heaven*
5hours always been light sleeper
I need 7-8 hours. That never happens...if I get 5 hours I am lucky.
I'm quite happy having 5-6 hours of sleep. I usually go to bed 12.30am and am usually awake 5.30. Once awake I'm up and about. I love the peace and quiet of the mornings too. The only problem is even on weekends I'm awake early and can never get back to sleep x
3-4 hours for me.....Insomnia does that...
I can run off of 4 hours of sleep minimum, but i usually get 7 1/2 hours of sleep.
I usually only get 5 or less....
When I did not have children I would sleep about 10 hours. I would love to have 10 hours of sleep. That sounds more like a dream nowadays.
Anything more then 5 seems like a dream to me....xo
I get by on 4 or 5 hours sleep very well, with the occasional nap thrown in. About once a month I have to crash really hard though!
I NEED 8 hours a night.
I GET 6 hours a night. I do take naps, though.
I would adore getting 8+ hours a night but typically manage and survive on 6 to 7.

IF I get 6 hrs, I feel I've had a long night. I really thought when I retired and quit setting alarm clock that I would get more. 4 to 5 is probably average.
It used to be around 5 hours but now I try to get 7 to 8 and I do feel better for it.
I've battled insomnia all my life. No matter how early I have to get up, I can't get to sleep before 1:30 or 2AM, so I get 5-6 hrs of sleep on work nights, and 7-8 on weekends.
