Running, walking the dogs, chasing down my sons, swimming, and then some upper body stuff, because I shoot Glock pistols competitively and that requires upper body strength and stamina.

I am a jogger... Go jogging almost everyday it gets me going and love it in summer the place I live near is absolutely gorgeous! I also try and go swimming once a week. Currently I am doing the 30day ab challenge

Cycling and used of free weights to strengthen and improve balance. The use of gym machines tends to remove the need to balance the effort expended.
Fitness is not something I do, it is who I am, from what I eat to my activities. I have my home gym which is well used by my son and myself. I surf, play tennis, basketball, and jog. You are so correct when you say fitness is the best sexual enhancement. I am over fifty and my testosterone levels are that of a twenty year old. To all you guys suffering from low T, drop the chips and go for a walk, or better yet a jog.
I probably get most of my exercising from housework. I get bored with my furniture and house arrangement a lot so I am constantly reorganizing my place. Unfortunately that means half the time when people come over my place is a wreck cause I am in the middle or "A new grand idea!", which I hate in a few weeks. I have always been thin though but I have been trying to get some muscle lately and use the apartment exercise room. Seeing some changes too, I'm not quite as scrawny now.
I Run mainly. I do some free runs with friends of mine and it really works the whole body, especially with the jumping, climbing, and swinging from trees.

I live a well balanced life, from very healthy eating patterns, proper supplementation, weight training, cardio, sports and other recreational activities, and proper rest and sleep. The last item is often times the most challenging for me.

Surfing, hiking, swimming, volleyball, basketball... I like exercises that are fun. I can't just run for the sake of running, and going to the gym and like running on a treadmill or something seems like my own little personal version of hell.
