I kick asses on a regular basis... I've been practicing kickboxing for a few years now.

Aside from that, running, biking, zumba and the occasional aerobic class. Also toning with weights every once in a while.

I laugh a lot and eat a lot. Those two things are very important to health. And no I am not trying to be funny. That's what I do to stay fit.

Not sure we share the same definition of "fit". But whatever floats your boat...
Squat, bench, deadlift, high intensity intervals (30/60), primarily paleo diet with carb backloading
I do crossfit - 3 times a week... often squat in between....
Lots of swimming and running
Running, mostly 5k and 10k distances, but further from time to time
My body begged for release and for more; for a perfect moment, a sublime stalemate held

I have a personal trainer who is a sadist...weights, cardio and a bit of cross training. I also run 5 & 10K, half marathons and have run one marathon. My passion is sailing my Hobie Catamaran.
Run, bicycle all but in the winter, gym machines and a few light weights 2,3 times a week, eat healthy, wrestle with bears and wild women. (Haven't actually done those last two yet, but I'm open to them.)
I practice yodeling from high on a roof top and paraglide downward...flapping.
weights and light cardio every morning.
I enjoying hiking and swimming.
Dance- I practice ballet/hip hop/ tap and pole dancing every day for at least 3 hours. This keeps me in great shape and lets me eat anything I want.
Cycling... About 4 or 5 days a week... For about 20 to 50 miles, depending on the day and my mood... Great way to clear the head and just enjoy being outside smile
Lift weights, a little bit of running, and jiu-jitsu.
Bicycling. I used to compete in road, velodrome, and cyclocross.
I work out with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 3-4 times a week. I practice dance 1 hr about 3-4 times a week. I also wake up and do stretching, back bend exercises and 5 sets of crunches and push-ups every morning. I love the workouts! They are fun, tough but not as tough as cross-fit. I tried boxing and love kick boxing but I am terrified of hurting myself bu spraining an ankle or wrist. The HIIT has built up my stamina, energy, toned me down and I have lost about 20 of the 30 lbs that I needed to lose over the course of a year.
Gypsygyrl - HIIT does have its benefits, and it works fast. When I was running track in college, I used a lot of Eastern European style interval training, based pm the Hungarian track coach Mihaly Igloi https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mih%C3%A1ly_Igl%C3%B3i . You do need to watch for overtraining. If your waking pulse rate is higher than usual, that is a clear sign that a rest day is in order. Igloi was known to be a hard taskmaster back in the 1950's. A lot of high school coaches in the 60's and 70's used Igloi's training philosophy (or should I say misused) and burned out a lot of high school runners. The coaches thought that since Jim Ryun was doing these types of workouts (the first high school runner to break 4 minutes in the mile run), there runners could do it as well. Cookie cutter misapplication and ignorance of the feedback mechanisms indicating that recovery time is needed.
As for cross fit, I do not put much stock at all in cross fit. But then much of my training has been focused on sport specific, whether running, cycling (road/velodrome/cyclocross), or cross country skiing. I have observed some crossfit trainers and found them to be wannabe high school football coaches.
Listen to your body as far as post workout recovery. I assume you are also watching your post workout nutrition, it helps with muscle recovery.

Thanks for all the great tips! I def watch what I eat and am careful for listening to my body. I did have an advantage when in college studied exercise science. What I love the most of this program is that they don't push you to go harder than you can go the way crossfit does. The main goal for me is to stay fit so that I can continue to dance and that takes priority above all else. I don't engage in any exercise that I fear could injure me so have modify to suit my needs. I don't overtrain and I give myself plenty of rest days and will take an off day if I feel tired or too sore from the day before. Overall, I love this program and feel the results of hard work on the inside more importantly than the result I see in my reflection.
Cheers!
I walk a lot on the tread mill every day, only a break when I MUST take one. Taiqichuan, Qigong, Havatha yoga, boxing, and babysitting young children. I eat NO sugar. I have come to not like the taste of it.
Now I am trying to eliminate salt.
I try to love and have faith in myself and others.
I'm a jogger but I also do light weight lifting to keep my tone. Can't go a day without working out.

I do clubbercise, it's awesome and our instructor is 3 sandwiches short of a picnic so very unique. It's great fun tho

Oh my gosh, I want in! This looks like th kind of thing I would love a lot. Went clubbing last weekend and think it was the best workout I've had since I last went clubbing eight years ago ?

I've just started boot camp (group fitness with a PT) anywhere between 3-6times a week. I want to start lifting again but need a bit of guidance as its been a couple of years. I swim weather pending for recovery in particular. My favourite thing though is Les Mills Combat classes but don't have access to any at the moment and I'd love to learn to dance properly but it's a bit of a pipe dream.
Work out with weights in the gym.
I play sports generally and currently I am playing Ultimate Frisbee 2 to 3 times a week which is mainly running. And as a carpenter i tend to exercise other muscle groups throughout the week depending on what work i am doing.
I am thinking about joining a gym though. So far I have been blessed with a high metabolism ,but I need to get into the habit of eating better and exercising for when that slows down.

I'm in the gym most everyday. I keep y exercise routine fresh, and change it up every 6 weeks and put different levels of HIIT, crossfit, weights and cardio it to keep it interesting and a challenge. I don't really plan to take days off-school makes that happen for me- but have "easy days," which might be light weight or cardio work
Our Gym is quite the spot. Some big names visiting us come to work out there. The owner shuts the gym and the Celebs can work undisturbed. I work out at least four times a week.
My Upper body routine vary between Shoulders and Arms and sometimes my session includes Ab training as well as Upper body in one session. Depends on how I feel.
I sometimes include a Warrior strength work-out as well.
They say not to skip legs but I do quite a bit of roadwork so I am not too worried about that. My roadwork after a gym session gives me about 20km a week but sometimes I do a 10k road just to clear my head
I swim 5-7K per week and cycle about 70k
