I work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, a physicaly manual job, , eat healthily, no junk food, a good walk with the dog as often as possible. , now I have heard that a regular fucking session is as good as going to the gym, , im single so that aint gonna happen, however im doing research into this and so far my results say that porn, lush stories , and a 5 knuckle shuffle can be quite effective,,

Strength training 3x a week. Pilates and Yoga the rest.
I go to Planet Fitness, I work out 30 to 45 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. I've been going since November, so it hasn't been a super long time, but for a girl who never stepped in a gym before, it feels great.
Also as much sexercise as I can get! ;)
I either walk or ride my bike to work, its about a mile but is not flat so I get exercise from that. I also swim, run, play tennis and golf (walking, no cart).
Bored at the gym but I try to run a few times per week and I take a brisk walk almost everyday. I like to swim, play tennis, and soccer although I’m not a very good player. Hiking when I can find someone to join me.
I do yoga and pilates but I decided to start running. I'll see how that goes.
I play badminton regularly. Drink lots of water and avoid junk and soon going to start swimming.
Over a week ago I started 100-30 squat challenge. (100 squats every day for 30 days). The only day I didn't meet the goal by night time was Easter.
I've always gone to the gym and eaten well - ditched routine coffee years ago - so this is in addition to what I've been doing.

I have no choice (I really really love the ballbusting women in my life though).... But hiking/pool/cardio, then strength, then core, then legs and repeat while eating shit that can easily be confused with vomit is what it really takes. Keeps me looking fierce, strong, annoyed, and sexy.

Hike, run, surf, gym three times a week or more. I do cardio four times a week in any form excluding sex which would have to be with ten dudes and a goat to be sufficient exercise and then I do weights twice a week. It’s going into winter now so it’s mainly clocking hours on the treadmill.

Pushing my luck. Jumping to conclusions. Turning mole hills into mountains and climbing them.
I use a Wonder Core Smart Machine and a couple of dumbells . Combined with dieting my weight dropped from 18st 6 pounds to currently 12st 2 pounds over a period of 4 years. The exercising I started 2 years ago when I was 14 stone.
I have now stopped losing weight and just exercise to keep the pounds off and to tone. I work out 4 times a week roughly an hour for each session.
Eat carrot cake instead of chocolate cake.
Dancing, walks in the park, and weight training.
Used to be swimming and shooting, but not so much since I blew apart my left shoulder in late 2015. Now it's brisk walks with Lily and kickboxing. Just started with the latter.
