What do you do to stay fit?

I used to cycle when I lived in London, and I have found it scary now I moved to a different city, but it's probably because I don't know where I am going. I have joined a gym and can work out, which is a killer or swim, which is boring. Luckily, I have always been on the thin side. I must keep away from the chocolate cake in the gym's cafe.
Currently I swim twice a week 3/4 mile each time, working towards a mile each. I do yoga daily and a class once or twice a week. I do strength training once or twice a week. Sometimes I take Zumba classes. I had to workout daily for a long time to keep motivated, but I've been able to cut back since I started swimming. I've had better results with the swimming than anything else I tortured myself with and I enjoy it. A waterproof mp3 player or case makes the time fly by. I also take lots of vitamins.
Eat right for my blood type (Dr. Peter D'Adamo). Plus hustle for hours a day as a waitress.

I walk a lot.
I try to smoke and drink less. I am not succeeding..... xx SF

I cycle most days and do about 90 - 100 miles a week and i love it eating the right foods help too !
plenty of walking if the weather is good ( not guaranteed in this part of the world) , gym if weather is crap , and sex !
I run several times a week, usually swim once or twice a week, do yoga once a week (not that it's really exercise!), and have just started going to a Zumba class which is such fun!

all newbies do lol..I'm a go left when I should go right kind of zumba doer lol
I Dance in my Heels for at least one hour every othr day!!
I walk and run in my heels nearly evr day.
( when u r late an u gotta catch that bus...speedy heels goes into overdrive)
I eat healthy mostly and take Nutritional Supplements!
I also tryin to keep up with an exercise program from Skimble...target..strength and toning.

The pressure to look your best 24/7/365 keeps me shagging at least 4 times a week, between playing squash, walking/running the dog and using my eliptical when it is raining. Fitness nut? Far from it - need to work off the booze and the fries!!

Well before my Achilles surgery I ran every day and worked out every day and lifted weights every other day. Now I can't wait to get back into it as I have new work out dvd's...wooohooo....sadley looking like end of dec to next year before i see the inside of a gym. sad

I have a book, somwhere...lol and it tells you how many calories you burn doing normal everyday activities. And it shows the different amount of calories you burn in the different ways you approach every day things. Sex is a great way to keep in shape actually. You notice how much strength and endurance you really need. I ride my bike for 2 miles and run 3 miles every day. Sex is great now bc I can keep up and even out do my partner. It's great.
In the summer I try to run 3 days and bike 2 days a week. In the winter I substitute swimming and weights for cycling.
When I was pregnant I started prenatal yoga and loved it so I continued and it's truly amazing both physically and spiritually!
Running, Swimming I play lacrosse, field hockey and softball! Exercise is SO important!

Yoga and walking and swimming...lots of green leafy things to eat...something of every colour on my plate at as many meals as I can manage...and lots of water

Oh olive oil, nuts and oily fish...salmon, tuna sardines etc.

And a bit of red meat occasionally...and lots of sex..

I play ice hockey 4-5x a week, eat lots of fruits and veggies then steaks, chicken and fish.
