Yes. So do most of the people in this thread.
When I can (I'm currently on doctor's orders not to work out, due to some heart problems I've developed as a result of another medical condition), I generally do the elliptic and power lift. An hour and a half, three times a week. I used to run 30 miles a week, and am considering getting back into running once my doctor gives me the "O.K." (miss the rush!) But to keep in shape, I find power lifting to be the superior way to stay fit.

Cross training 5 days a week with tons of outdoor activities. The key is try to incorporate aerobic activities into your daily routine even if it is 15 minutes at a time. Sex is also great exercise, so have more of it!!!! Increase your water intake, eat more frequent and smaller meals and get some sleep(after sex)
weight & functional training 3 times a week, with yoga 3 times a week to keep up the flexibility!
I do a high intensity workout 5-6 times a week and I do ballet once a week to work on my balance and flexibility
Eat in moderation and go walking
Because of my "injury" (which my friends know about) I am doing upper body only, and not too much cardio. Another 3 weeks to go.
Love to work out 5-6 times a week aerobic and strenght training and 3 miles of cardio 4 times a week high protein diet with, and the best work out for last,, SEX its key..;)
I stay fit by either going mountain biking, hiking, swimming, I have tried the Insanity that was awesome. I am up for anything to try. Working out with a workout buddy is fun also keeps you motivated.
swimming is probably the best way to stay in shape.gym 3 times a week and lots of fruit.
I'M ON A "SEA-FOOD DIET". WHEN I "SEE FOOD, I EAT IT".haha!lol THAT'S TRUE. I NEVER INHIBIT MYSELF FROM EATING AND FORTUNATELY, I'M NOT GAINING ADDITIONAL FATS DESPITE OF THE FACT THAT UNRESTRICTED EATING IS MY LIFESTYLE. I'M NOT THAT CURVY BECAUSE I'M SKINNIER THAN THE WORD ITSELF. I NEED A LOT OF NUTRIENTS & ENERGY SO THAT MY BRAIN WOULD FUNCTION WITHOUT ANY LAPSES. YES, I'M STILL STUDYING AND THAT'S MY PRIORITY AS OF NOW. I DO LOVE SWIMMING TOO AND MY BODY'S ALWAYS GOOD ENOUGH TO FIT WITH MY SWIMSUIT ;))

I've always found there's something about summer that's a great motivator for renewing the fitness focus. I've been working out like a fiend lately - the warmer weather is great to add variety to the usual workout routine - running, tennis, and watersports (get your mind out of the gutter, people! I meant real water! lol). I still hit the gym very regularly, but it's nice to have some sunshine-friendly options to mix things up.

I agree about summer being a great motivator. I kind of slacked off in the winter. Still look the same but can feel the difference. Been really getting into kickboxing. Talk about a killer workout!! Plus its a great stress reliever too!!

I LOVE kickboxing. I got into that over the past year as well!
I'll be running in some 10k's and 5k's. There is the Peachtree Road Race on July 4th. I haven't been in a bicycle race in a while and need to sign up for one for the motivation. Regular weight lifting and I start the day every morning with with stomach crunches and sit ups. Playing basketball with the guys at the gym is a great calorie burner. If you enjoy big meals make sure you counter balance that with lighter meals to follow.
My job. I walk anywhere from 5-8 miles everyday for work
Would it be too obvious an answer to say I masturbate?

Get stressed at the other half. Does that count??
Today is my 70th birthday. I recently had to do a medical to get the required cert. to renew my drivers licence. Yesterday the results of my blood tests &c. came back and I had a brief chat with my Quack about them. He said that all my readings were bang on and he couldn't improve on my figures. He said that lifestyle-wise I was doing all the right things and I should simply continue to do so,

I'm a life-long competative rower and regularly compete internationally at Masters' level, as do a select band of like-minded blokes I row with. This involves frequent gym training, of course, as that is where one builds the basic fitness to apply in the boat during outings.

The trick is to monitor one's aerobic performance on a continuing basis using a heart monitor and an Ergometer, or 'Erg', as we call them. Long-term observation and notation is mandatory, so one can refer to how one performed two months, six months, two years, seven years ago. Weights are light nowadays, the emphasis being on repetitions. I damaged my lower back when young doing very heavy free weights and had to have it operated upon in 1996..successfully, I'm happy to say.

My body weight is the same as it was at age 24, but at this stage there is an annual performance decline, which is about 1.5% per year. Unavoidable, alas.

Carpe Diem !.....Sieze the day !
Recently, walking. Fast. As if being chased by an unseen, stealthy foe.
I keep in shape by playing at least 2 ice hockey games each week; more when I can find the time. That will definitely keep you fit.
Right now i'm doing 155 stairs up then down with weight training. Working out at the dam where you can hear the water rushing and seeing nature. It's great for the mind, body and soul..
No one can make you jealous, angry, vengeful, or greedy -unless you let him.

Story of my life! I leave the house reliably about 10 minutes late for anything and everything so always end up having to walk at a ridiculous pace in order to get anywhere in time. Exhausted before I even get to work or college!!

(Plus due to being the over-anxious type I'm also running away from imaginary 'foes'....speed walking saves lives don't you know)
