I love to cum ...and i do it a lot so it helps me stay in shape...lol
sexercise is my number one way to exercise silly I used to go to the gym, but I lost my job, so I couldn't afford it anymore. Now, I'm getting into running at the park.
We walk almost every night using mapmywalk, also zumba and the exercise bike. Though I watch simpsons when I use the bike so I don't push myself.
Do a lot of walking and running about in my daily job. Used to do Wing Tsun, Escrima and Tai Ji Chuan but haven't got the time for that now sad. I keep a somewhat good diet and drink very little these days, packed up smoking 4 years ago.
I used to be a 6 times a week morning runner (around 6 or 7K).

Then, other time commitments piled up ... and I'd get in a run a few times a week, if possible. Difficult to really find the desire to want to run/jog again.

Now, I love my yoga and my big long walks (usually over 5K .... up to 15K). I sometimes will head out for a few walks in a day if the weather is great. Love walking the Stanley Park Seawall (about 9K). A little golfing, some windboard surfing in the summer months, some snow boarding in the winter ... it's all about being outdoors as much as possible.

I was talking to a friend here the other day .... and confessed I have never been inside a gym! LOL
I try to go the gym at least 3 days a week, working out two areas each day. If I have time though I like going biking around town just for fun.
there are many aspects to look at when you want to get and stay fit.
here are some tips for eating habits:
stop drinking soda! water is your best friend
eat fresh fruits/veggies instead of canned or frozen
stay away from pork!!! its high in fat and sodium
only eat until you are no longer hungry, dont keep eating until you are full

excersize is of course a very important part of being fit. here are a few helpful hints:
do 30 secs of pushups durring a commercial break.
if you are watching tv, lay down and do crunches while watching
use an eliptical instead of pavement or a treadmill. it minimizes stress on your knees and legs.
listen to enjoyable music while working out

this is what works for me. check out my body on my profile ;)
It all varies depending on what stage of training I'm in. If I'm cutting for a match then I spend more time eating lean and hitting my cardio. Just walking around I prefer to lift and go for more aesthetics than anything else. Either route DIET is a must.
I cycle 5 times a week, 10mile each day & on weekends i walk anything between 8 & 32 mile of countryside smile
Calorie control and daily walks
Ive lost 10kg in three months train 4/5 times a week for 30min/hour weights , 30min cycle for around 20kms , trying not to eat foods with high sugar and cut back on soft drinks and jack , more veg and salad but with steak and chicken and more sex it is a bloody great, work out
Mr Swollen and I ran 5.34 miles this morning, starting at 07.38am. Avg 10.01 min/mile, burned 644 calories. He's a hard task-master, and tells me it's far too slow! Same again tomorrow.
i go for my brisk walk for one hour 6 days a week and 5 days a week yoga...
I run 3 miles 3 days a week and then do core exercises 2 days a week as well as drinking protein shakes for breakfast and lunch. I'm down almost 30lbs since I started to get fit.
Watch what I eat, swim when I can, and chase a six year old little boy from sunup until bed time.
2 hrs gym --6 times a week.... lots of fruits...green veggies... light dinners...soups.....red meat..smile
Weightlifting, cardio & yoga.
I make sure to eat healthy.
So this last week, I've ran 23.6 miles, it's taken 3hrs 56mins and I've burned 3151 calories - all this coupled with a vigorous, (and oh so damn sexy!) bedroom scene, and I feel great. Cat with cream!
I run a couple of miles every day. I also have a pretty decent workout regime. Nothing too intense but it suits my needs. I also do things to stay mentally fit, like brain teasers and meditating and things like that. I keep a vegetarian diet twice a week and a vegan diet once a week. Trying to move it up to vegan twice a week as well. It just gives me so much energy. And I like it because I don't have to run off of artificial energy. But I'd never completely swear off meat. I'm not that strong-willed, lol. At the beginning of every year (January 1st-31st) I go on an all-juice diet. And the last week of every month I do the same juice diet. It's very cleansing...and again, gives me tons of energy.

But it took years for me to obtain enough will-power and discipline to be able to do this. But it was definitely worth it.

I sit on my arse because I'm naturally fit. I cycle too, most of the time, to the point of complete exhaustion. I also have sex when it's available, that counts as exercise, right?
I ride 20 miles daily one my bicycle.
Eating:
- I eat greens everyday.

Exercise:
- Climbing at the beach
- Running 10 miles, sometimes several miles, usually everyday
- Legpress
- Squats
Sound nutritional habits.

Walking, yoga, meditation.
I rend to run, bike, workout, ski in the winter.
Keep in shape? More like trying to lose weight. I like playing sports, in particular, rather than going to the gym or indoor exercise:

1. Frisbee
2.Jogging
3. Swimming

I'm having a hard time losing weight, because though I exercise, I still don't watch what i eat. haha.
I play sports and practice yoga as well as martial arts. It helps to keep me fit and toned and always feeling healthy. I have no special diet. Diets do not work, if you want to be healthy and have a hot bod... being active is the only way.
Like many before have said. Combining different areas - eating healthy, exercising and trying not to worry about it.

Regarding food, I try to eat balanced meals, usually 5times per day. No sodas, juices, and so on. My exercise includes going to the gym (5 times per week, if I'm not too busy, other wise every other day) and yoga. The latter helps much more than you would imagine. Especially for your "inner peace" (I understand "fit" as having a healthy body, as well as a healthy mind).

But mostly, having fun with what you are doing. Otherwise it really is pointless.
im a semi pro cyclist so i do that
