Hiding stories

In Lush V1, it was possible to hide works from view. I've searched for this function on V2, but am unable to find it.

Do we have a hide story choice now? I suppose it's possible to make a minor change and then save it instead of sending it back to moderation but then to put it back it would have to burden the team, making that a far less than optimal solution

I do not believe we do. I have one hidden and wanted to 'unhide' it and could not find that option.

Hmm. Thank you. I've done some research, and Amazon will accept original works previously published on a free site if they have been removed from that site.

I'd rather not delete works I have here which leaves me with a bit of a dilemma.

Lushstories has become incredibly popular wich is fantastic but the downside is long waits to publish and little time for the story to be featured before slipping out of view.

I'd like to transition to Amazon with my older works without removing them completely and add them to my excess new ones that could be weeks away from being seen here.

I think you can hide it by clicking edit and then save it so it stays in drafts but keeps all comments etc if/when you republish

but I don’t wanna do is at some point turn around and drop a dozen stories on moderation that’s just gonna bog them down, but it leaves a note saying that there were no changes done that would work

In that case, please submit one at a time and wait for us to approve it (with the note included that there are no changes).

There is a 'Show my stories on my profile' radio button in Settings as an option. I'm not an author so I have not tried how it works.

Development suggestion: add a hide/unhide option for each story in case the default option hides/unhides all stories.

of course frankly if they go on Amazon, they’ll probably never come back on here anyway, but you never know
