Keep getting logged out

We're still aware this is an issue for some, but unfortunately it's still unclear as to the root cause. Browser session time is set at 24 hours, but some browsers are logging people out before this. Refreshing should log you back in.

As annoying as it is, I would highly recommend saving all story drafts offline for now and submitting when ready, and if you're writing a long forum post, do a quick copy of the text before you hit submit just in case it dumps you out and you lose it.

Absolutely accept this isn't ideal, but we will update with any new info. Thanks.

Last week the 'Remember Me' option, on the login page, was defaulted to 'Yes' having previously been 'No'. This change was made in the hope that the issue of being unexpectedly logged out would be resolved or at least alleviated and the latter does indeed appear to be the case.

However the development team continue to investigate and look for a full resolution.

Are members still experiencing this now please? I ask since a change was made yesterday which we hope may be the solution.

I am constantly being logged out. If in a chtroom then go back to any other page away from chat I have to log back in. If you find eventually that changing the default setting to yes did not improve anything can it please be reverted back to the previous setting

John, I've been used to being signed out each time I return to Lush, but I was not this morning. I'll keep you posted if anything happens. And thanks to you and the tech crew for continuing to work on this!

Yes it has, three times on Friday.

seems to have cured the issue for me. good job, team!

I read a story that was over 5K words and paused multiple times. When I liked it and wasn't sent to the 'Activity' page, i was astonished! So it seems the issue has been fixed.

This seems to be fixed for others, so can you maybe try logging out, clearing your cache/cookies and logging in again? Thanks.
