Started dabbling in writing short stories from December 2019. It took me way too long to realise that I should try throwing the cinema that is my overactive imagination into tales.

I'm not usually a very open book. In an interesting place now where I'm unsure of where my life is going and how things will work out. Working to be more empathetic, emotionally intelligent and less toxic. Haven't worked out my life's purpose as yet which is scary at my age, but at least I've discovered in the aforementioned date that I have a liking for writing.

Favorite Books
No real favorites as I only started reading novels again from 2020 after a very long hiatus.

With that said, I recommend the following:

• Sharp Objects and Dark Places by Gillian Flynn.

• Desecration by J.F. Penn

• Borderline Case by Edmund Pickett

• Hitman: My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling by Bret Hart(This is non-fiction)

Favorite Authors
Don't have any as I don't read enough. Gillian Flynn's pretty cool though.

Favorite Movies
No outright favourites as I don't re-watch movies like I did as a kid. I could tell you with confidence my favourite movie as a kid was Mortal Kombat and in my late teens was X-men 2.

That said, the best movie I've watched in 2020 was 'Gone Girl' which was directed by David Fincher and written by Gillian Flynn(who was the author of the novel also).

Overall, I like films from David Fincher, Denis Villeneuve, Quentin Tarantino, Taylor Sheridan(well he's mostly a screen-writer, although he did direct Wind River), Martin Scorsese. Forgetting a few directors.

Favorite TV Shows
Not huge into TV like before, but I did enjoy Harley Quinn and Hunters recently.

The Blacklist is awesome because Raymond Reddington is simply one of the greatest television characters ever created.

Arrow and Flash are campy as hell but I love them for what they are.

Gotham is campy in a sense but undoubtedly cool.

Stranger Things is awesome.

The Witcher was great and can't wait to see more.

Modern Family is hilarious.

The Boys is insane.

Favorite Music
Anything with great melody. Honestly, I could listen to rock, metal and alternative just as easily as I could hip-hop and dancehall. That said, my two favourite albums are probably It's Dark and Hell is Hot by DMX and Ready to Die by Biggie Smalls.
