Notifications button leads to down for maintenance page

Hi,

Is anyone else having this issue? Every time I click on the notifications bell it sends me to the "Down for Maintenance" page. I'm getting the notifications, but it won't allow me to check them.

Anyone know if this is a planned maintenance? It's been happening for over a week.

Apologies for the delay. The issue with your notifications has now been resolved but they all had to be cleared.

Mine is acting up again too.

currently I have 4 notifications that say the same thing. Down for maintainence. Everytime I sign on its there with one more added.

Yes. Same here. Both on my Android Tablet (using the Lush Stories app), and on my Linux Mint PC running Google Chrome. ... It worked a few times one day about 3 days ago, but then returned to error mode. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now (or more, very frustrating). 🙁 I put in a support ticket about a week ago, and they said they were on it... But no solution yet. 😢

Frustrating indeed. Seems like a very trivial fix, or at the very least, rolling back whatever change broke it.

It’s weird how it’s only affected a few members. Have ya’ll looked into how you access Lush? Is there any commonality?
