Posting other languages

Okay, so I speak Spanish and sometimes it is nice to talk to other users who speak it as well. I do it usually via whispers in the chat rooms or by private or online messaging.
Now I thought that speaking in anything other than English was against the rules, but I looked through the site terms, FAQs and at the Chat rules and etiquette to see if something was there and it is not, although I swear I've seen something about that SOMEWHERE on the site.

Now this for me came out of the idea of making a Hispanophone group, but I was not sure if that was okay. The FAQs don't say anything about them (seems they need to be updated) and there is nothing in the Groups tags about it, since you make your own rules for each group as long as they don't contradict the site rules.

I checked to see if there are any mods that deal with groups and there is not, or maybe Group Mod is not an official title like Story, Chat or Forum Mod. That is why I didn't contact one directly and I felt like that this is a question others might have and it seemed nice for them, too see answers here already.

So basically my question is: "Can I make a group for Spanish-speakers where, it is possible to speak in Spanish in large amounts and is using any language other than English on the site acceptable? Or is this something that will contradict Lush rules?"

If the answer to either of the above questions is no, or even if it is yes, then I think it should be addressed in some form, somewhere on the site.

A. I am aware of the existence of the Spanish version of the site, but when you go to this forum post made by nicola a when the Spanish version came up, and if you try clicking on the link that takes you to it, it just leads to the regular English site, I tried logging off thinking it might have been that it might have been that I was logged on the regular site, but it stayed the same. I tried doing lushstories.es and historiaslush.es, but that didn't work. So unless there is another link I could take a look at I don't know where else to posted it.

B. I am not a veteran here like a lot of people, having been here for only 2 years, but I've been here for long enough and I am active enough that I've avoided trouble for the most part. I am not going to go ahead and do something that might not be allowed and get in trouble late for being stupid...unless it is something that gets me sexy times

C. Why'd you call me a strawberry? Is that a local slang, cause I've never heard of it

The Chat front page states this:

The chat rooms are monitored, and we request that you only speak English in the public rooms. If you would like to speak another language with someone, please set up a private room instead.

Perhaps that is where you have seen it.

As for your bigger question I will leave that for someone else to address.
