I want to take a story down so I can work on it and repost at a later date. Do I just hit “Hide,” edit til I’m ready, then unhide it and resubmit? It not a comp entry.
I've never done it, but that seems like a reasonable approach. Should work.

* 17 competition podium places, 12 other times in the top ten.
* 26 collaborations.
* A whole heap of often filthy, tense, hot sex.
That's how I did it when I took my "Bride's Awakening" series offline for a bit to retool it and do some editing.
