For the past few days, whenever I try to add media to a forum post on my phone, it fails to scroll down. This prevents me from accessing all photos in any gallery I may be trying to post from. With external media, after pasting the link, I can't scroll down to click 'Add'.
I just cleared the cookies and browsing history on my phone, logged back in and received the same result.

Nah, it's a bug and I think it might only affect Android devices, but I'm not sure. Certainly does it for me.
The only way round it I've found is to flip your phone to landscape.when on the media list. Then you can scroll through them. Bit annoying.

I found that switching to 'Desktop site' works also. Hopefully they can resolve this.

I suspect it is due to your media being so thicc. 😎 - I have encountered this as well on my phone.
I have received a few support desk tickets for this. I have now reported it to the development team.
I hope this will be fixed early next week bearing in mind Monday 1st May is a public holiday here in the UK.
