Not sure if this is the right spot, or if this has been asked before, I could not find it. Dumb question alert lol


How do I make a picture signature, so when people click on it, it takes them to a link.

Say I wanted a picture for my signature on here, and wanted it to take them to my stories when clicked, how do I go about doing this?

Click on the Account link on the home menu and look for "Edit forum Signature." Make all your additions there, making certain that your signature is not too large.

You need to include the image URL in the link.

So basically you write what you want, add a picture, then highlight all the code, click on the "Create Link" button, and enter the URL in there. That way the image and text will form links.

You can omit the text if you wish.

I fixed your sig. Take a look at the code now to see it in action.

Ok, I'm really lost. I have a basic understanding of how to use HTML, but this system is slightly confusing to me.

"So basically you write what you want, add a picture" How do you add the picture? I see the picture button which creates "[img][/img]" I tried placing the URL of the image in the middle, but when I saved it - it erased.

"then highlight all the code, click on the "Create Link"" I don't see a button like that. I'm here: Lush Sex Stories Forum » Fuiva » Edit Signature and there's no button that creates a link. I have "quote", "code", "Image", "youtube".

I'll keep trying to do this, but a little help would be appreciated.

Can it be that the data used for the minimal number of posts validation is not always in sync with the live data? I saw that I had passed the requirement, but I still don't see an add link button (and my own code didn't work either ;)). Yesterday I noticed something similar with my scoring history. It took about half a day before a score I gave to a story was added there.

I think it's something to do with the cache or the thingy and the wotsit. It does take a few hours sometimes, but it updates eventually. Gav tried to explain it to me once, but I was sidetracked by his shiny helmet...
