there are approximately 220,000 members in Lush. I have some stories that have been viewed by a lot of folks, over 45,000 in some cases. Does that really mean 1 in 5 members have viewed the story, or does the viewing count as two or three if the person likes the story and revisits multiple times? Thanks. Cindy
Each time a member, or nonmember for that matter, clicks your story your view count increases. Your ratio is inaccurate because of this.
Edit: I believe it's each time.
And dont forget guests/visitors count also.
And since guest hits count, that means there are bots and spiders in that total.
Even if there are filters in place to prevent some like Google and Facebook from registering as views, there are still going to be a lot from the umpteen places using them that are lesser known ( and often unidentified as bots )
