Sorry if it has already been asked but how do you star messages that you want to keep now? Up until a while ago it was no problem doing so but I cannot see how to do it now. I have found that you can get an option to delete a message but not found how you can star one.

On the laptop/computer if you click on each individual message/comment it will highlight it, underneath the message/comment you will see "star" & "report". Click on "star" & that will then star that message/comment.
Thank you so much, I see it now. I assume that if I want to keep an entire conversation I have to star every mesage.
