Total views of my combined works

I already have my millionaires badge and have earned that quite some time ago.

My question is, is there a place on the site now that list the total views a writer has earned on their stories?

Lush version 1 had that function, but I cannot find it on version 2

The answer may be as simple as just a no and that’s fine but before I pull a calculator and go through 140 stories, I would like to know if there’s a way I can find it on the site

As far as I've been told, it didn't make it into Lush2. It was a nice thing to know, even if you flirt about in the low thousands instead of the millions.

I pretty much scoured all the controls before I posted here I couldn’t find a thing

Yeah, but that’s real work. I’m just doing this for fun.

All I need is 2,400,000 more reads and I'll be right there with you. At my average, it should only take around 335 new stories. Maybe less, if I scored one of those fancy badges.

I can't explain it. There was a time when I had quite the readership. Now I'm just trying to dog paddle to 1200 views. I just have to trust that quality writing will bring the readers back.

But the site changed as well. The system doesn’t seem to log non-members' views anymore, so everyones been cut back on what it records. I’m not sure it’s even possible to get a legendary story now.

I'm okay with that.

Unless there are future changes to LushV 2.0, this is not something I need to worry about. It is a fact, for whatever reason, that story views are way lower in V2.0 than they are under Lush V1.0. 😳😊

Perhaps the admins have all the data, but as far as I am aware, only two authors with huge followings (techgoddess EmmaMoon) have written stories under V2.0 and made 30,000 views.

My best story effort (be warned, it is I/F) has not yet even reached 9,000 views. Here is the link so you can all click on it and take me nearer to that maybe obtainable 10k count... The Two M's - Part 1 Of 4

I think you nailed it, with this post, Milik... The simple fact is for the humble wannabee like me, trying to get 30,000 views is unlikely to ever happen. 😎

The only advice I would give is write what you feel. I put form post up, asking what people want in her story. I’ve taken advice from people, but the only stories I ever regretted writing were the ones I wrote in an attempt to pander to votes or views.

And I’m no saint on that issue. But over the years, I’ve learned that the stories I’m most proud over the ones that came purely from my creative desires.

So I would just say right what turns you on what interests you and the heck with how they accepted

Interesting point about total views. The other day, when I was looking at my "famous story" count, I took the opportunity to add up the overall story view count. It came in at 3,600,262, which isn't too shabby for 178 stories. I excluded any collaborative efforts.

It's a similar spread to yours, Milik. 4 "legendary" stories, plus another 30 at "famous". Many fewer RRs and EPs though - well done for all those!

And I agree it seems to be harder these days to get the big numbers. Most of mine that were written under Lush v.2 are bubbling around the 10,000 mark, plus or minus a few. The only one that has reached "famous" status is this one Naked Pool Party Swingers | Lush Stories, which is on 35,000. I suspect the fact that it's in the "I***t Fantasy" category has something to do with it.

Most of my "famous" ones are approaching ten years old now - a sobering thought! But it's nice that they are still getting the hits, especially since they must be buried several pages into my stories list.

I certainly noticed my count average per story going up with the older works so it's likely even the oldest stories are still being read.

3.6 million is an impressive number if views. To be honest I'm somewhat overwhelmed by my views total

If anyone told me that almost 3 million people would have even clicked on my work Id never have believed it.
