Whenever I try to turn off the always appear offline setting, it stays on offline - last online 2 hours ago.,

I tested with changing lots of other settings like show friends on profile and it changes fine but the appear offline one is stuck.. is this happening to anyone else?

Do you get this message after updating settings?

You must click the update button twice for it to take effect.

If it's not that, then, Lush is hiccuping

Homeboy was watching Rush Hour and got too excited when the "push the goddamn button" scene came on, and he activated some wizardry on Lush.

But in all honesty, when Lush changes something, like updating the site logo for the holiday season, something happens.

Sadly it’s not. Sometimes when I click on update settings I get a green banner saying settings changed , sometimes I don’t. Either way it stays on last online 2 hours ago

Sorry for the delay. So yes its a bug and on the fix list but it is not a high priority.

As do I -- almost every day at random times doing simple tasks (opening Forum, opening my Media)

Koso & Kistin I hate this is happening to you also ...but it's not just us ....others are having this happen also. I addressed this a while back ...but John couldn't duplicate it ....so frustrating !! Any help with this problem would get a gentle hug!!😊

Please could you raise a support ticket and include as much information in that as possible, e.g. the action which generated the error and ideally a screenshot of the page with the error on. Thank you.

It's not something i have experienced, but have heard it happening to a few other members using various Apple products with the Safari browser.

There is some development work ongoing at the moment to try and shift the last of the site over from the old V1 platform to the new V2. Once everything has been moved, I'm hoping these glitches stop. I think there are synching issues between the two which can cause errors.

Is this what is affecting the Interaction page? All I can get for the last two days is "No Matches Found" and the try again error message. With the Notification thingy working the way it does, it is the only way to keep up on likes/comments/posts.

Is that sporadic or consistent please? I wonder if it's a timing issue since you have 1607 pages of received and so that is a lot of pages to load.

I have the same trouble with Interactions; it's consistent, pervasive, ubiquitous, and constant. I don't even look any longer because i know it will just tell me that there was an error.

Happening every time now. If I reload the page, it will sometimes open, but will be several hours behind time against what Notification says should be there. If I try to go to any previous pages, I get the same Nothing Found.

Thank you. As of this morning, reloading Interactions no longer works either.

Page 1 is not organised correctly and there are more recent entries there... can you see those? I think we know about page 1 being out of order but will check that.

Yeah there's some weirdness here. Each time you add a comment to a story, it flips the post order of page 1 (and sometimes 2, depending on how many items are on it) of the Interactions panel. It starts out reverse order, as it should be with most recent first, then I think it flips to show the oldest post first of "today" or the last 24hrs or something.

Subsequent pages pick up the trail properly in reverse posted order. It's only the most recent posts that are affected.
