Firstly speak to your dad about it...If he agrees it is a good idea go for it...You forget kids learn most sexual words from their peers or porn or the internet...My mother gave me the talk when I was ten...she used the proper terminology for everything...I was horrified but at least she told me

If Dad does agree, then don't do it as "the talk". Be casual. When your brother comes out with something, let that lead into a cool brother-to-brother discussion. Nobody likes to be lectured, and if he's THAT advanced at 11, he may just disregard anything you say if he thinks you're trying to teach him something.
