I know it is traditional to say that a woman's hair is her "glory" and so on, and so on. It might actually be true for a few ladies.
Personally, I find tons of women with short hair are just grandly lovely to look upon. As are some with long hair. However, there are plenty of women who would look charming with their hair trimmed. It really does depend upon the lady.
Most importantly, it depends upon what the lady feels makes her look the way she wishes to look. Always the most important thing.

Long hair is definitely sexy. I like to have someone by the base of their hair with their ponytail wrapped around my wrist as I kiss them.
