Something out of the ordinary...

There are times when authors become "known for" a certain style of writing, which can be very enjoyable!! But every once in a while, I have seen authors here step outside their norm and write something completely out of their typical realm. I thought it would be fun to post those here to share with each other. (I hope I am not duplicating another thread, but I don't think I am).

I will start with a new micro-fiction piece of mine called Invisible. It's not the hot, sexy stuff that most of my stories exude. But I am proud of it and I wanted to share it.

I think this one is a bit different from my "ordinary". It was actually a comp entry at the time I published it but I forget the exact theme. There isn't really a romance element to this one as there often is in my longer works and it's fantasy, a genre I love but rarely write on here.

I just want to say that Kat's Invisible is so beautiful, and so touching, and so heart-breaking. And yes, so utterly different from the outrageous fantasy filth which I am used to from her. Read it, guys!

I don't have Kat's experience, but those who have read my stories here on Lush are probably used to my Alison Goes to London series which - in Jaymal's words - is "a unique - and uniquely filthy - work of the imagination... outlandishly dirty and full of outrageous humour". It can be found here:
