Do you know the name of the LELO toy she has?
If Lelo is her first vibrator, than I could understand. Was she using dildos up to this point? For me lelo is splendid. the texture of it, the vibrations..but now that I think of, I needed few days to get used to it and find position that gives me most pleasure. I am using Lelo brand for years and I never reach for any other toy.
They are true vibrators (and they are sized properly in that regard). Vibrators and glass are always sized much smaller than a standard flexible dildo for example. If a toy has a more 'squishy' feel, you lose some of the power of the vibration. For clit and g-spot stimulation especially, you want something firm with strong vibration power.

I'm not sure what toy you got, but there are smaller LELOs (like the Gigi or Mia) that might be more her style.

It also may be that your wife prefers gentler vibrating dildos or just regular dildos. If that's the case, I would recommend the Doc Johnson realskin line. Every woman is different so maybe vibrators and glass aren't her thing if she prefers a softer/flexible toy.

Will YOU just wash your mouth out with soap!!! I'm GENUINELY shocked!

I have NO OBJECTION to ladies fiddling with their peaches using artificial objects, (being a man I can frankly see the attraction given the regular alternative) but I DON'T see why you have to go on about such private matters in public. WHAT would your fathers' think??? And anyway, what's wrong with the traditional cling-film wrapped carrot or candle or perhaps a cucumber for the more adventurous lady?

It may be suggested by some that I am THREATENED by something that looks for all the world like an electronic half finished bar of soap, but that is only partly true. And I KNOW there is a real medical use for these little objects of course. (My last girlfriend suffered badly from neck-strain and would sometimes be obliged to retire alone to a darkened bed room for hours on end to electronically massage herself. Her cries of pain as she did so used to break my anguished heart.)

How would the wonderful people at Lelo feel, I'm forced to consider, if they knew their fine product was being used in such a way?

I don't come to Lush to hear Ladies talk about THIS kind of FILTH!

Shame on all of you.

LOL... No that's just our Steph.

Don't believe him about the bars of soap. He just likes the oral visuals and all that soapy liquid dripping down our chins.

Thanks for the PM Ashleigh... (Boy, do I feel like a bit of a fool...)

But I have to disagree that my ex-girlfriend was using the toy in the way you so very arousingly describe in your message... You see, I don't think I was overhearing "sex noises" because anytime we made love she was always quiet as a mouse...

xxSteph

(Unless... No, I don't want to even go there...)
Lelo? Pfft, for all the muscular relief it brings, I might as well stick it up my arse!

Seriously though, OP, your partner would do well to persevere with it. A new sex toy is kind of like a new lover. You need to get used to them, play with them, find what works...

I'm sure she'll be happy with it, eventually...

My lelos are the best vibes I've ever had and I doubt I'd go anywhere else now...

I agree!

She may just need to get used to the various settings, and discover which setting and vibration feels best.

Gotta get that Gigi 2!
