If you grew up (allegedly) in a generation when AI only ever meant artificial insemination, you can see why I just can't take people getting their unworn knickers in a knot over it!

This is such a wonderful idea. However, I have writer's block, and it has never happened before. 😨 Honestly, I feel sick to my stomach to write. I have no idea what to do, but not writing anything feels about right.

To all of you who enter, my sincere best wishes! 😘

This is my collection of muses and stories. Stories of note include:

Little Bird - A true story of submission and dominance set in Paris between an older couple and their younger lover.

Le Weekend - Six lives intertwined during one weekend create events that change their lives forever.

I’ve been there. ❤️ I’ve learned to not try to force the writing. Inspiration and the urge to write will return when the time’s right!

I’m usually blocked with other stuffs going on around me that steals my focus.

Kindness is contagious. Spread it! ❤️

I'm not long out of a similar period, during which my brain found getting from one end of the day to the other quite enough to contend with. Realising I'd probably know if/when it was time to 'get back on the horse' meant I didn't worry about it. I agree, it's a great theme and got me to put something together, although I would have thought the same, even if I hadn't felt inspired or ready to put something together.

Aw, thank you, my friend. ❤️ I remember your difficulties, too. All the advice I have tried has not worked, and you are right, I am not going to force it. This is the best advice so far. Thank you. 😘

This is just so. My daughter went through a breakup at the start of the year; now it is like something out of a drama. Will they, won't they, will they just find someone else and move on? 🙄 Then, one of my oldest friends had to stop working for a while, and I helped out at her Gallery. Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans (John Lennon). How right he is.
I would love a good competition as a diversion from this. No, not happening. C'est la vie! 😘

I was blocked! I've started a paragraph for new chapters for each of my serial stores. I couldn't face sitting down and writing! I skipped the last two Lush contests, even though I came up with good ideas. This one I just couldn't pass up. My Feburary Tropical Vacation was still fresh on my mind. My writer's block lasted years. I think my muse is back! Best wishes.

In the past, I've found that writer's block most often hits when you sit down in front of a blank screen and try to force the story out. What works for me is to think about a story and, throughout the day (or night), jot down any interesting words, phrases, character names, or sentences that come to mind. I often do this during breaks at work using my phone's notepad app. This takes the pressure off me and allows the story or poem to grow and develop gradually. Otherwise, it can be like sitting in an exam room at high school, staring at a blank exam paper.

I am looking forward to reading your story, Piquet, as soon as I have finished mine. 😜😈

Dog walked, dog napping...it appears I have a window of opportunity for a read,

Thank you for getting Dante and Taj cycled so quickly!

Well, my story is in. The Beauty Within

As I mentioned above, I had two genres to write in for my omnium badge. Now it is down to one. This story has been published in the Trans genre, and therefore is very different for me. I hope you enjoy it.

Now, I will be reading, liking and commenting on all the other Elements competition entries. 😊

Needless to say I loved the story Dave. But with regard to 'different,' not only did you do a marvellous job writing this but I think this is a great 'gateway' story for those who might not have ventured far into the Trans genre before.

As the ancient proverb says: ' If it isn't wet already, make it so,' (It's actually neither ancient nor a proverb, but I stand by it nevertheless.) 😇

I've just worked out a rough draft for the winning competition story. You can all stop writing now.

Don't believe everything that you read.

You just knocked out the first, and greatest, wall on the road to success. Start with a positive attitude.

You can do it! 😎

I had one started and decided halfway through to switch to a different element. Now I'm halfway done with the new story and I'm trying to talk myself out of going back to the first story. Ackkk! LOL.

Ruined By A Redhead - She told him she would ruin him; she kept her promise

Next - She was tired of being a good girl.

Sunset Grill - Sometimes you find love where you least expect it

All My Love - Real love can last a lifetime and still feel brand new.

Been there, done that. Usually I end up finishing both, putting one in the comp and releasing the other after it's over. Hasn't happened here in a while but I am pretty sure I did that in a recent comp on SS.

According to "science" if you stick both endings in a box, they'll coexist simultaneously as some kind of super-ending. Problem solved... As long as you never, ever, ever, open the box.

Don't believe everything that you read.

scrap them both and write a third one

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.
