Crispy but not burnt and truly smoke not that liquid smoke stuff you buy at the store
chewy not crispy - but done all the way!
@Liz, that's an awesome bacon picture. I like it as training treats for my dog, who will do *anything* for it.
Crispy almost burned

I see a theme here.

I like it crispy
Take some large shrimp and stuff them with cheese and a slice of jalepeno. Wrap in thick bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill. It's the best.

Cooked and in my belly. God, I love bacon!

Bacon how do you like it?

On my plate
Half past 8
Don't be late
On a sandwich, I like it at that point of where the edges are crunchy and the center is still chewy... If I am just eating it as is, I want crunchy all the way!!
I guess I'm in the minority that loves my bacon a little chewy and undercooked compared to crisp. And of course, I love it served out of a delicious pussy!
I love it crispy,almost burnt
Any way it comes, as long as it's bacon. My wife is the baker in our house, and she's working on perfecting a bacon cupcake recipe. I'm a very willing guinea pig for her diabolical experiments. If she makes me fat, she has no one to blame but herself.

i don't eat it that much, but i like crisp and nothing beats a BLT with fresh garden tomatoes...
With maple syrup. Buttermilk pancakes aren't bad either.
