Long black or expresso - one sugar in a long black, none in the expresso. Oops long black for some reason is usually referred to in some countries as Americano.
The nonsense seen in some coffee shops about the extreme ways some people like their coffee is ridiculous.

Before starting your coffeemaker add cinnamon to the coffee
Brew normally
when you pour your cup add Bailey's Irish Cream to taste (regular or caramel works best)
add sugar if desired
