Umm... You do realize that pollock is imitation crab? Pollock isn't a style of crab, it's a fish that is processed to appear and semi-taste like crab.
Tastes ok but its not crab. It's fish bits ground up and mixed with starch.
I actually like it, and it's a high protein, low fat snack.... but it's not crab.

Yes, that was the joke. I like crabs--kelp crabs, rock crabs, Dungeness--in the live form. Not the form prepped for consumption.
