I use it in some recipes, but I tend to grab Tabasco first. (and I add that to everything from macaroni and cheese to eggs)
I always have some. I love it on my take out Thai or Vietnamese food. I make these hybrid Asian flavored soft tacos with this added with lots of cilantro. YUM!
I don't like it. It is too hot for me.
Haven't tried it yet but now that I'm hearing about it so much, should do so. I love spicy food, even if my stomach's tolerance for them is declining with age sad.
I am not a fan of hot sauces.. but this mixed in with dips is great.. especially a bland sour cream dip.. love the hint of sweetness it brings.. very subtle..
Love adding it to my ramen for a quick lunch or on tuna. Have added it to a bunch of other things as well. It definitely is a staple in this house.



But I still haven't tried it with the chunky PB yet.

I used to do the hot foods thing but it's been years. So, I've never heard of it either.
Oh yeah. I discovered it 30 or more years ago and have loved it since.

The only other I use is Tobasco and that about equally.
