Greek style roast leg of lamb New Year's Day
For the last few years, I've done R & D work for UI "User interface" for Security Camera Systems and Point of Sale cash register systems.Dabbled in web design PHP, MariaDB, and UI scripting.

Prepped a beef stew for the slow cooker.
Chicken fillet.
Full English breakfast.
Just preparing a vegetable soup.
Steak, chips, mushrooms etc
Elbows pasta with fried tuna and sailfish.
