Valentines Day Dinner

I want to do something really nice for dinner for the two of us, but homemade.
I already have dessert planned, but I'm looking for dinner ideas.

My man requested a nice big salad, so that's a given.
I'm thinking shrimp of some kind, as an appetizer.
I'm kind of at a loss for something special for the main course.
He doesn't really like steak, so I'm thinking chicken of some kind, but I want to do something new.
Any ideas? What is your favorite chicken recipe?

My favourite chicken recipe is the roasted chicken my mother used to make. And it's very easy.

You just need a chicken, lemons, salt, and olive oil. A little salt inside and outside, a couple of lemons cut in half inside the chicken, and a little olive oil and as much of lemon juice as you want on it.

The oven does the rest.

It's delicious.

I also love filets of chicken breast with tzatziki (a Greek sauce/salad made of Greek yogurt, garlic and cucumber).

A few years ago I ate roasted turkey leg (with some white wine and rosemary) with apple purée and a few sautéed grapes. It was also very good.
