I started drinking way too early on this Cinco de Mayo! After a four margarita lunch I woke up slumped in the shower- I don't know what the hell happened, but I do know it's time to get going- the beach is starting to clear out, everyone's going inside to get ready for the all-night party- so that means it's time for me to shed the clothes,



and take a good dip in those gorgeous waters!



And I'll be sure to make it back by sundown so I can get all dressed up in my most party-licious Mexicana outfit!



Okay so its not that dressy- but come on! Cinco de Mayo's all about the fun- let's not pretend this dress isn't coming off at some point before I finally pass out into bed!

I hope you all follow suit, it's time to let loose on this most special of humpdays. Oooh, look at what Anton has set up for us on the patio facing the ocean- what a great setting for a Mexican feast!

What a nice shot of our luxurious cantina by the beach, with warm lighting at dusk. Anton did a great job. I'll be over to see some of you, and sample the drinks and appetizers.

It's been a stressful night and some dark beer, a la Boddington's or Becks, just might soothe the nerves.

The ocean water is warm, the food is flickering under the tiki torches, and the people in here are warmer, still. Enjoy yourselves and I'll see you tomorrow.

It's a sunny day, so I decided to mow the lawn while sipping a top-shelf kamikaze. How did I do that? I used my solar powered, robotic lawn mower, of course.

Well Xuani... Thanks for asking about my secret. It COULD be the blonde hair.. it is the colour of gold after all... and "Like Attracts Like" according to the Laws of Attraction and the greater laws of the universe. It could also be that apparently I look like at least 90% of all blonde celebrities, porn-stars and reality-show-wannabes. The "Gold Digger" species has really proliferated over the last couple of decades. Through selective breeding and a rigorously high maintenance lifestyle, we are now living longer, digging deeper, and are now no longer confined to Hollywood gated communities. Well, it's been a full 24 hours later, and Brad has just finished his shift. Great job, Nicola! He looks so much more relaxed and happy. We're thrilled that after all his much appreciated 'dirty work' on his first day on the job as our special "Celebrity Waiter", that you were able to clean him up so well. I'm sure you both enjoyed your frolic in the warm waves just off the main Lush beach.

I'm not sure we want to send him back to Angie, just yet. Maybe we can give him a nice guest room for the summer, so that he can continue helping Anton out.




Well, I had another late evening last night, so it's be a nice lazy Friday afternoon... relaxing and recuperating. I spent some time in the new cedar sauna. After hearing Xuani talk about all that steam room excitement, it got me in the mood to heat things up... Of course I had some help from our newly hired "Sauna Boy". He knows how to take care of me just the way I prefer...






Afterwards, I had the new bartender whip up a nice batch of dark chocolate martinis to end the week in style! Who wants one?





Oops, and I guess I should introduce the new "Celebrity Bartender" for the weekend shift: David Beckham!! Let's all give David an extra warm welcome, and be sure to put him to good use during his stay with us...

A little bit of scum appeared around the pool these last few days. It was an easy enough task to wipe away and sanitize, of course. All of you can indulge again, without a care in the world. Be sure to retrieve your bikini on the side of lounger, too.



All that work makes one hungry, of course, and I indulged on some garden salad with ranch, lobster bisque, and half a morgan (turkey, mushrooms, tomato, avacado, on parmesan bread).
