Went out for breakfast / brunch for a family birthday. Shared Eggs Benedict & Pancakes with my little one.

But I love, Love, LOVE eggs Benedict but have never eaten them with pancakes.

Hmm... instead of an English muffin, maybe will try the pancake next time I make it.

If you don't already, try the hollandaise sauce with a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper. Yummy!

Oh I should have been clearer. We shared eggs benedict, and pancakes (with nutella) haha.
Though I have had with pancakes before if I recall correctly and it is yummy!!
Cayenne pepper sounds great I will be sure to try it.
