We are on a skiing / swinging vacation with 7 other swinging couples. This morning Hubbie made from scratch, his grandmother's and mother's recipe, Cat Head buttermilk biscuits. He baked up a bunch of sausage patties, bacon, and ham steaks. Both Swiss and American cheese and several types of jelly and preserves.
As we each got ready to eat he cooked our egg/s to order. He also made a pot of white cream gravy with sausage, (some know it as SOS) and two pots of stone ground grits. One was cheesy grits. He had a couple big pots of pure and Cajun style chicory coffee, orange, tomato, and cranberry juices. A big bowl of fresh sliced fruits finished off a great breakfast. He did have some help and we did some prep work last night.
Just had one of the leftover biscuits toasted in a skillet with butter until golden brown and then covered with the white sausage gravy, along with my last mug of coffee for today. Then finished up with some of the fruit.
