I like simple and routine. I'm up at 4:30 A.M. every morning and out of the house by 5:30-5:45 A.M. before the shut-doAwn began in mid-March. Still working from home, but still getting up at 4:30 A.M. Almost always have corn bread with butter and honey washed down by tea with artificial sweetener and either hazelnut or French vanilla creamer.
