Huge plate of salad with peppers, beetroot, corn, cucumber and various salad leaves with prawns and croutons. Just got back from doing leg day at the gym so I'm too tired to cook.

pork/red and green pepper/onion kebabs with jasmine rice. And HP sauce. Raspberry sorbet for dessert with a square of Lindt dark chocolate spiked on top.

Crazy busy today so I just had sandwiches: sliced Granny Smith apple, extra old cheddar, roast turkey, red onions with mustard on whole wheat. Try it, absolutely delicious!
