Which spirits/liqueurs do you keep on hand?

My wife has a thing for Bailey's and usually has some around for nights when she has trouble sleeping. I don't keep any myself, though.

Lillet Blanc and Rouge, Dubonnet Rouge, Campari

I always have Absolute Vodka, Woodward Bourbon, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, Partida Blanco Tequila, along with bitters and a few mixers. I usually have 6-12 bottles of wine in the rack (I'm in 3 wine clubs living in CA Wine Country), and in the fridge a selection of CA hoppy IPA's and Coors Banquet.

This year it has been Gin (flavoured) or MEAD. Thank you little bees.

I've gotten into the Italian Amaro forest and can't find my way out!

I t all depends on my mood. I enjoy a good margarita with Mexican food. But my go to is Whistle Pig or Woodford Reserve Bourbon on the rocks.

We used to have a meadery nearby. We enjoyed many of their offerings. Unfortunately, mead just never caught on in our area, and the meadery closed.

I’m currently stocked with a nice Rose’ wine, and I always have Brandy in my Decanter. I’ve also stocked a bottle of Southern Comfort for a bit of nostalgia

I have so many memories - good and bad - of drinking Southern Comfort in college. Nostalgia for sure.
