I've had a bet on Italy since their first game in the tournament. They just seem like the side who make the most chances. For me spain can't make the killer ball at the moment without a striker so although Italy squander a lot of chances I still think they are the most likely out of both teams to win. Should be an interesting match.

I think I am. Sometimes I get really excited when watching a game like that U.S. Algeria one that's etched on the minds of people that had nothing to do that Saturday in the States. Sometimes it just doesn't appeal to me and it looks like intense trial and error. I like the uniforms. Lots of 'em are cool and the fans really love 'em. There's that.

Congrats to Italy on making it to the final!! I am not really a big soccer fan nor do I claim to know much about soccer but I always root for Italy being an Italian-American. When I said I was rooting for Italy in the Euro Championship, I was told by a few Lush soccer know it alls they were terrible and most probably wouldnt even be in the the tournament!! So I am very happy for them!!

I'm glad that Spain won it because they were the best team in the tournament (albeit being boring at times).
I'm happy for Italy as well, most people (including myself) had written them off. However, once again, they proved that they come alive in big tournaments. They played some of the best football in Ukraine and Poland.
All in all, a controversy free and successful Euro 2012.
