I have no idea how this crossed my mind, but I've been wondering if you took a tabletop game, a la D&D, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu et cetera and decided to have a consensual sexual encounter, what would a nat 1 on a d20 roll look like? I mean, nat 20 would probably be like instantly causing your partner an orgasm.
I imagine it would involve stubbing your toe at the very least. I imagine that anything involving mouth-to-genitals (fellatio, cunnilingus) your mouth would to the crook of the elbow, and penetrative (penis or digits in orifice) would involve maybe going for the navel.
Side note, yes I am working on a story that involves this, and I'd ask before using what you thought would happen, and assume that no response is a no.
