Yes, I believe in all of those. I've actually seen a UFO, and been touched by a ghost on the back of my neck...

I have three famous stories, 2 recommended reads and have come in the top ten in two competitions~ Come in and make yourself at home.

I don't believe in supernatural beings like ghosts or spirits. I don't really believe in bigfoot or its cousins exist either, although that I'd think their existence sounds way more plausible than that of ghosts. And it sure would be awesome if they did exist ;)

I do believe there's extraterrestial life, but have no idea what that would look like. It's merely based on the fact that the universe is so immense and has so many stars with planets around them, that I can't really believe that Earth would be the only planet with life on it. It might be so rare though that we may never encounter it. Or it could maybe exist in our very own solar system.
I do not believe in UFOs flying around here at the moment.

Yeah, I think it'd be really narrow to believe we could possibly be the only life in the universe. I mean, intelligent life. I did see a UFO once while I was visiting my mother. I can't say it was aliens, but I could not identify it. It looked like a ball of plasma or something, and it was glowing a bit. I watched it stop, turn and fly fast up into the hemisphere, and then disappear. Also, I had an experience once at the Coach House in Laguna Beach, California. My sisters and I went to see a show there, and someone touched the back of my neck and moved the hair off of my collar. It felt as real as a human finger touching your neck can feel, but there was no one behind me

I believe in ghosts and spirits. I have been on two different ghost hunts at different locations and felt there was something out there.
I was woken by the feeling of someone in my face taking my breath away. I was paralyzed with fear. It drifted across the room and it told me not to be afraid, that I was going to have a son. Ok it sounds like I'm making this up. But it's true. I was only 14 and didn't even have a boy friend.

When I was married five years later I told that story to my new husband. He just stared at me saying nothing for the longest time. Then he said he had the same experience at 14. But the entity told him it was to be a son and we were to name him Brian Christopher. Thing is that we are 15 years apart.

I got pregnant on the honeymoon and you guessed it, it was a boy. My only child. We named him Brian Christopher.

That is my one and only supernatural experience.

Lol, youre so funny! I'm a scientist and also have super human skills. Data really has nothing to do with being spiritual. I do believe there are things we don't understand, yet.

Thanks. I also believe there are things we don't understand yet. For me one such thing is how you came to that conclusion based on the info given by HotWife4U.

When I was 18, I had a premonition that John Lennon would be shot in front of the Dakota. I had gotten up to get ready that morning, and the thought just popped in my head. I even woke up my sister that morning to tell her. I thought about it all day long, with this feeling of dread. Then, as I was watching the news that night it was reported that it had happened. I don't understand how I could have known, but I did. It's the only premonition I've ever had.

I don't know if I believe in aliens or bigfoot, but I do believe in ghosts and spirits. Both my sister and I used to see them when we were younger, however my sister does even now. I've only seen my cat, who passed many years ago. She only comes around once in a blue moon.
i believe in ghosts and spirits. it's hard not to deny the sense of a presence i feel in certain places.

Say. Her. Name.

It sounds like you both have a gift. Your sister sounds like she could be a medium, even. I used to feel my cat jump and lay down on my bed when I was a kid. Another time we were having a family bbq and my sister and I both saw her run under our patio table. We had each other write down what we saw, and we had both seen her. I have had a few other experiences, but never an apparition or anything like that.

I believe in ghosts. I would love to learn how to read auras. I can also sense good or bad vibes from someone and I have a very special affinity with animals, but especially cats.

I've had strange experiences with spirits. A friend and I heard strange voices that scared us, because we said goodnight and heard voices.
2 were talking to one another and the other voice was talking by itself.

It freaked us both out. It scared the crap out of us. It wasn't the tv or the radio or the neighbors.

I've felt magic with a regular inanimate object. It was a maracha that my best friend's friend had. I felt it and it vibrated with an energy that isn't explainable.
THAT scared the crap out of me. If I recall correctly, they both practiced wicca.

That best friend passes away a long time ago and I haven't seen his friend since then.

Ghosts...

I'm a very spiritual man, so I suppose I believe in non corporeal beings/intelligence. I'm not sure I believe they are remnants of living beings.

Bigfoot...
Maybe. I'm not ready to say no. The Loch Ness monster is BS, imho

I've worked in aerospace for twenty five years and am well versed in the flight dynamics and capabilities of modern aircraft. Nothing we have explains what I saw when I was a kid. I was delivering newspapers past six at night in the winter, shortly after dark. As it happened, I was talking with a kid named Max. I remember him well because of the unusual way he said his name. He would always draw out the x, like Maxxx... It was really kind of funny.

Anyway, I'm talking with Max when I looked up just in time to see a couple bright star-looking lights begin to move around each other. After a few seconds those few became maybe a dozen. They flew around each other at very fast speeds before spreading out and streaking toward the horizons in every direction, so fast I could barely keep an eye on them. Imaging laser pointers on the ceiling of your room doing that and you've got the idea. They made no sound at all.

I was pretty stunned so I looked at Max and asked him what he saw. He said he saw the stars moving...

That was about 1977. I've been trying to figure out what that was ever since. Aliens? I don't know. Unidentified flying objects. Most certainly.

I'm agnostic on all that paranormal stuff until some scientific evidence is available to substantiate it, although I believe intelligent alien life is almost inevitable given the scope of the universe. It's just too widely dispersed to readily come in contact with us. My science-based world-view used to amuse my Cherokee grandmother, who said I'd eventually come to view the world with a more open mind as I grew older. When I was a teenager, she used to tell me my "medicine" was dreams, which I kinda dismissed at the time, but a few years later, I experienced a period that lasted almost 5 years in my late twenties when an improbable number of my friends and new acquaintances repeatedly told me they had a dream about me, and each one was remarkably similar. This happened at least a dozen times in a relatively short span of time, and then mysteriously stopped, but my grandmother lived to learn about it happening to me, and she just shook her head at me when I maintained it was all just an incredible coincidence.
It's romantic to think that ghosts actually exist, because that implies that we don't really "die" when we pass away, doesn't it? And its hard for me to try to contemplate the Universe and think that we are the only intelligent (?) species out of the whole galactic she-bang. I've seen a bunch of stuff that I can't explain, mostly during the 70's, but I'm not sure I would discount the side effects of whatever was in that stuff I was consuming at the time for that.....if you don't believe in extraterrestrial life or the supernatural, then you are left with a world view in which we are all alone in the universe and when we die we just go poof, like blowing out a candle, and that's that.....I'd rather stay open to other possibilities.
