Ben and Jerry's blueberry. As far as I know, this seasonal flavor was only available in VT. My wife and I used to visit VT a lot (we lived in greater Boston), primarily for skiing. We actually purchased an ice cream machine trying to duplicate the flavor. Never got it perfect. Best was when we could get fresh wild Maine blueberries. We now live in FL. No Maine blueberries. Second best - rum raisin from a local ice cream store here "Cow Licks" - they marinate the raisins in dark rum for over a week.

3rd **accidental discovery, but shockingly good** brown bread ice cream(in Ireland) with Baileys on it!

There's a little mom and pop old fashioned ice cream parlor I go to that still does handmade ice cream with flavor like watermelon, black licorice, etc. That's where I go and you can usually watch the owner making the ice cream,

Over the years my taste for ice cream changed, these days I love pretty much any flavour, as long is top quality.
I remember delicious combination of two scoops, in one great Ice Cream Parlor. It was creamy figs and lemon sorbet. That was fireworks in my mouth smile

I've just read all 5 pages of ice cream flavours .... I definitely need to expand my horizons with ice cream flavours!!

If I have a chance for ice cream from Marble Slab (where they soften the ice cream on iced marble slabs before putting it into the cone or tub) ... it's always Cheesecake with a drizzle of raspberry sauce. oh god .... *drool

Otherwise, I enjoy the vanilla flavour .... amazing how vanilla flavours (and textures) varies from maker to maker!

I need to find out what moose tracks and heavenly hash taste like! (off to do some grocery shopping!!)
