Hmm... I wonder if you're developing an intolerance to something like dairy or gluten. It's not uncommon to develop an intolerance to something that you would have been fine with when you were younger. Maybe something to talk to your doctor about?

I agree... Necho, you may want to look up "Celiac" online and see if you have similar symptoms. This is an autoimmune disorder that can come up at any point in a person's life, and often is triggered by something as simple as a nasty cold virus.

A person becomes unable to process gluton (which those noodles are full of). It causes significant weight loss, and gastro issues after eating, low energy etc.

It might be a stretch, but may be worth looking up. I have two friends with Celiac, and I am sensitive to gluton as well, so I avoid it as much as possible. Celiac is very common and extremely under-diagnosed. If you think you might have it, just try cutting gluton out of your diet for a month and see if you start to feel better (no doctor required).

Hi all, my daughter has what Doll is talking about, it is spelt Coeliac and it is the protein in the seed called Gluten that causes the trouble in the intestines. You do need a blood test and a another test where they take a sample of the intestines to confirm it is Coeliac.
My daughter has had this for five years and can only be solved with diet. I get my daughter's bread on prescription every month and we have started baking cakes with rice flour it's really easier than it was so be on this diet than years ago and things have improved so much more.

- yogurt when i want snacks in between meals
- I actually eat right, at least three times a day.
- drink lots and tons of water (not a lot of sweet beverages)
- i don't go to gym but i jog and stretch every morning

I decided to go back to vegetarianism because I had gained some middle aged weight and couldn't get it off.

Well, we all can eat everything but in moderation.
I eat the right things, I try to get enough sleep (although that can be a problem), I exercise several times a week, I look after myself as best I can
