- fruits (strawberries), and veggies are the best things to eat!
- yogurt when i want snacks in between meals
- I actually eat right, at least three times a day.
- drink lots and tons of water (not a lot of sweet beverages)
- i don't go to gym but i jog and stretch every morning
I decided to go back to vegetarianism because I had gained some middle aged weight and couldn't get it off.
While in the health food store, the old man who owns the place asked me,
"What's your blood type."
I told him that I was O-neg and then he said,
"You can't be a vegetarian!" and told me to read the book Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type.
I did, and then gave the study a try.
By cutting out some unnecessary ingredients and adding some new ingredients to my diet, I lost the middle aged weight and now feel really good.
What it says is that there are three categories of foods in the diet for each blood type.
-foods that are poisons
-foods that are food
-foods that heal
-made this a life style and believe in it. : )
-for me it's also cured joint problems and other symptoms we associate with age
Torture the data long enough and they will confess to anything.
Just try to eat right and exercise
Exercise everyday.
Drink lots of water.
As healthy as possible, with 24-7 nursing staff, and tube feeding. Not a lot of fun, but I'm still alive.
I eat the right things, I try to get enough sleep (although that can be a problem), I exercise several times a week, I look after myself as best I can
